We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forex Influencer Agency shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of this website or our services.
Influencer Engagement & Non-Performance
The Client acknowledges that all influencers, content creators, and third-party promoters engaged by Forex Influencer Agency are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Agency.
While the Agency undertakes reasonable efforts to source, coordinate, and manage influencer participation, the Agency does not guarantee the availability, continued participation, or performance of any influencer.
In the event that an influencer withdraws, refuses to participate, or fails to deliver content due to reputational concerns, regulatory considerations, compliance requirements, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond the Agency’s reasonable control, the Agency shall not be held liable for such non-performance.
Influencer fees, once paid, committed, or reserved, are non-refundable. In such circumstances, the Agency may, at its discretion, propose a replacement influencer, alternative content, or a revised campaign structure, subject to availability.
